Are Capezio tap shoes or Bloch tap shoes better?

I need to buy new tap shoes for istd intermediate tap which are lace up low heels. I have found three pairs that I am considering buying - Capezio Teletone Xtreme (CG55), Bloch Jazz tap (S0301L) or Bloch Audeo Jazz Tap (S0381L).

Which is the best pair - sound, comfort, ease for dancing etc?
Is Capezio or Bloch better for tap shoes?
I do not want the flexible/bendy tap shoes. They must have hard soles.
Have you had any good or bad experiences with these shoes or with any capezio or bloch tap shoes?

It is ENTIRELY up to you. I use the Capezio Gregory Hine's shoe and also use a Bloch and an Angelo Luzio shoe. Whatever you prefer.
One is not necessarily ''superior'' to the other. The dancer makes the shoe, not the other way around. If you're a lousy tap dancer you'll get lousy sounds in any shoe, and if you're a good tap dancer you'll get good tap sounds in any shoe. Buy whatever you think looks best, feels best, and is worth it's price. (To be honest, my $70 dollar Bloch taps are a lot comfier than my $400 Capezio taps)

does anyone use Leo's The Beat Tap Shoe? are they any good?

Im taking tap lessons and want to buy myself some shoes the Capezio teletone xtreme tap shoes sound cool in the write up but im unsure of the quaility - the Leo's look fab!

Go for the Leo's. That's what I have and they fit nice and are comfortable. But when you are first wearing them, wear band-aids on your heels so they don't rub and give you sore feet!! Also, it shouldn't take long to break them in.
PS: Looks don't always count!! Hehe!!
