Jazz, Hip-hop, and tap dance classes, Pros and cons of each, and what do you prefer?

All of those classes are good to take. I would also think about taking ballet because that will help you with your placement with all dance genres. Jazz is very fun. It gives you a lot of strength and flexibility. It lets you portray someone else sometimes and has a lot of personality. Hip hop does take a lot of attitude in it and its a lot of fun, but it won't help you out with other dance genres very much besides help you with the attitude and bringing life to your dancing. Tap is one of my favorite types of dance. It gives you rhythm and speed. In my opinion it won't help you out much with other dance genres besides the rhythm and counting, but I highly recommend it.
