Should I retire altogether? WARNING! I think I'm drun,k?

on Ouzo. Rough day. Okay ... so I'm a little older and a little chunkier (by 10 lbs) but still bellydance. I did a show last night at the restaurant where I work. I was getting $10s + $20s, and one guy gave me a $50. I was stunned. Then today I was standing in line behind these 2 men I recogninzed from last night -- the one who gave me the $50. Overheard them talking and his buddy said, "Come on ... $50. She wasn't that good." And he replied, "I felt sorry for her. Give it a rest". They didn't see me and even if they did they wouldn't recognize me. I've been thinking about retiring altogether for the last year. Should I read this as a sign?

Well you can always dance for me hun, I promise that I'll ever be a highly receptive audience.

After all, I hear you can pull a cat half way up a rockface. Now that's impressive!
