Zumba Fitness Total Body Transformation System Actually Is Amazing

 

First I saw a version of it on Youtube, and didn't even pay much attention to it, since it wasn't part of the original fitness program, but I kind of got interested right away. Now, that I saw the original DVD's, I realized how fascinating this program is.

You have to understand, I'm not of Latin background, and never had strong affection for Latin music, but liked it.

If I would listen to Latin tunes, I would unconsciously move my hips, shake a leg, or do something, but would not dare to make any other dance moves. Latin dancers are serious about their dance, and I don't dare even talking about salsa, samba or meringue.

So, the Zumba Fitness Training video program starts with teaching the easy beats. I was learning those moves together with my kids, but they didn't have patience to learn them all first time around. For that reason I had to skip the first section and jump to dance part, but several times after that, we came back to learn the easy steps. And not all of them are easy at all. Well, not for me, for sure, ha,ha,ha,ha... Many of them are so fun, and even hilarious. Kids loved Mexican beats, called Puebradita. It has lot of jumps and laughs.

Well, I'm not going to spoil it for you, but you will understand what I mean, once you get the DVD's.

So the bottom line is that you will go through all possible Latin dance styles, and trust me, you will master them all if you practice hard! Even skating reggae-ton.

Joking aside, steps are not so hard when you break them down, as it's meant to be, and learn properly. If you decide to go fast, there will be lots of laughs for the whole family. The rhythm is very important throughout the whole program.

First hour you will spend learning all easy beats, but the program will only work partially for you, if you never learn the steps properly.

Then once you are ready with basic steps, you can start exercising with Beto, creator of Zumba. That's the second part of the program.

Oh, once that starts, it gets more interesting... Ha, ha, ha, you have to apply the steps, and won't be able to stop dancing. Your legs, and the whole body will be dancing on it's own...

I love Beto's comments about some of the moves, like "clean the window", "bootie circle", "sexy march", and many more. He has very charismatic personality, and is not trying to be funny guy, instead, he's very charming person and obviously takes his training video program seriously, but with ease, and elegance.

I encourage you to read Zumba reviews and watch video, but more than anything I encourage you to start exercising, because this program will give you way more than just an exercise. It will give you great dance moves, and also will help you melt down extra pounds.
