• Select large feathers of the color combination you like, however, it works out best if you use ostrich feathers.

•  Arrange the feathers in a fan shape on the popsicle stick and play with different colored feathers while arranging it. By placing your thumb just above the bottom of the feathers, run hot glue to it.

• Run a line of glue about 1 inch long on the opposite side of the feather fan that you are making in order to hold the ribbon into place. Wrap the ribbon all the way at the bottom to hold it at the right place.

• Embellishments can be then added at the front side of the fan just to make it look more attractive. You can decorate the way you want by adding some beads or something attractive to it. Add additional glue wherever it's required.
