A journey through the culture of strip dancing from ancient to modern days

The art of strip dancing has become quite popular these days. In fact it has become one of the most popular means of entertainment for most bachelors and also for several married men as well. However, at the beginning the situation was not exactly as we can see these days. In fact in earlier days the act of strip dancing used to be performed to satisfy the gods. This notes that the art of strip dancing dates back thousands of years. In fact it had even been a part of the early Egyptian culture as well. In fact in those days the concept was that the priestesses of the high temples used to perform nude dances in front of the gods acting as goddesses. The theme of these performances was to appease the gods and to ask for forgiveness and blessing from them.

In fact in reality in the pretention of appeasing and satisfying the gods this was originally the means to entertain the priests of the temples who used to sleep with those priestesses though assuming to be sleeping with the goddesses. However, for this purpose the most beautiful and gorgeous looking girls were chosen and sent to the temples. In fact in most cases this was arranged by the order of the king so that the king can get blessings and support of the priests. Therefore, in the ancient ages the art of strip dancing, only the priests, and the high-class people like the King and his nobles were allowed to watch the show. In several cases even the king and the nobles were also excluded as the priestesses of these temples were not allowed to be touched by anyone else other than the priests.

However, in the modern day context the meaning and structure of strip dancing has changed to a great extent. In fact the point is that with the arrival of the modern day strip dancing concept during the late 19th and the early 20th century it received a lot of negative criticisms. In fact the point is that in those days the modern version of exotic dancing was considered to be a matter of perversion in those days. In fact in those days mostly the men from the lower class of the society were the patrons of this art. They used to visit the strip clubs to watch the nude dance of the strippers. However, it was not long since the common people started accepting the strip dancing and gradually it evolved into the modern day strip clubs and strip dancing of the exotic girls.

However, these days the popularity of the strip clubs reached to a great extent and with this has increased the job prospects of the strip dancers as well. In fact the large amount of money involved in this and the chance of getting fame are also added to the attraction of strip dancing. This has encouraged several women to take this as a profession. These days thousands of strip clubs have grown up all over the world and in the same way millions of people also visit these strip clubs to watch the exotic performance of these strippers.
