My sister would let them have their break, feed them the snacks she prepared, let them relax and flex their tired feet, and then resume the practice after half an hour.

I would've scolded my sister for abusing her daughters but I could see the dedication in my nieces. Although they complained of getting hungry and tired, they would still readily bounce back on their feet and continue with their practice once their 30-minute break was over. At their young age, they seem to know the value of how practice makes perfect. They are such dedicated dancers, and they've earned my unrelenting admiration for that.
