Here are some stomach fat questions answered that i got not long ago from customers looking to learn how Asian Women manage to get their incredibly flat stomachs. These do the job swiftly and are easy to do, you should see results in short order.

Q: Just how do Asian Women cut down belly fat?

A: As I was growing up I learned various strategies from my Chinese Mother (and Grandmother!) that aid in reducing belly fat quickly. One of the better methods they coached was a mixture of deep-breathing of hard rubs.

Here's how I do it:

First, for two minutes I want you to breath normally, but take in more air. Breathe deeper. Focus on expanding your stomach as much as possible. The reason for this is to draw oxygenated blood towards the stomach area, which energizes activity within the fat cells you're looking to reduce.

Second, I want you to make believe that you're making bread or pasta, except rather than kneading the dough I want you to knead your stomach! Use your hands and grab the fat with a strong massage-like pressure, all over the area. Don't do it firmly enough so that it does any damage, but get close to that level. You've got to use some effort, make sure you're working it thoroughly. This will physically break down the actual connective membranes between your fat cells, which frees them up to be used up as energy by the body.

This approach will provide strong benefits but it must be carried out daily. If you really have problems with this area, do it twice a day; once early in the day and once prior to dinner.

Q: How can I reduce my stomach soon after being pregnant?

A: Asian Women address post-birth body issues by using a long-established technique of wrapping the area with cloth (or elastic bands today) to help the area "recall" its primary form.

This has been done for centuries, and today it is even less difficult to do thanks to the numerous elastic wraps and spandex-based stomach-covering undergarments in the marketplace now (try Spanx).

Be sure to let the area breathe as often moisture and bacteria can accumulate in the area if you keep it wrapped up too long without a break. Also feel free to carry out the breathing/rub technique I just explained but only after you are fully recovered from childbirth.

boy or girl?

what are some old tales about weither your carrying a boy or girl? are there any websites you know of that have that chinese calendar on it to predict? im soo excited and cant wait to find out! people say by looking at me and how i dont have much of a belly more around my hips that im having a girl... im only 13 1/2 wks. pregnant how long till he can usually tell by ultrasound what im having?

i was always told that if its spread out its a girl if its a nice neat bump its a boy as for chinese calenders or websites my advice is to search google and try different sites im sure you will be told your having both a boy and a girl other supposed sighns are to swing a wedding rind over your stomach if it swings in circles it a boy side to side its a girl

Remember this though male sperm are the fastest swimmers but female sperm are the most hardiest if you had sex the day before or on the day of ovulation with a deep penatrive sex then it quite likely that your having a boy if not then your likely to have a girl but this theory also isnt proven
