I'm really thin, but my hips definitely stick out a lot more than my bust (I'm kinda flat) and my waist is really tiny. I try to cover up my hips so that they look smaller as best as I can. But the thing is, I really love belts. I'm into the whole scene/goth/whatever subculture and I'm 15 so I would like to be able to wear belts like this:
