Shakira has announced the first three dates of her North America tour

Her whirlpool success keeps growing as she sells out the Los Angeles' Staples Center in just 24 hours. A second show in the area will be in Anaheim on Oct. 25th. The Colombian will perform her first LA show in more than four years; other stops include Chicago, Oakland, San Diego, San Antonio and Dallas. Shakira will perform Wednesday, October 13th 8:00pm at the Don Haskins Center, according to UTEP's Office of Special Events.
