Which clothes look good together?

I am confused on what to wear and what is fashionable. These are the clothes I cannot choos from but I don;t know what to match?

This is what I have:

Main tops:
Grey smart top with loads of necklace attached to it and a flower
Black and white striped top with military buttons
Greyish top with floral pattern and a black belt attached

Under tops: (it's winter.spring so it is cold so jumpers)

Beige polo neck
Brown polo neck
black polo neck
or just black or white long sleeved skin tight top

Pants:
Black Jeans ((skinny)
Blue flared jeans

Shoes:
Black uggs
Brown boots

What will go well together for me to wear tomorrow. I am going shopping with friends tomorrow at Westfield London.
