Where can I find an inexpensive floral prom dress?

I want the dress to have a "fishtail", meaning it flares at the bottom. I would like bright psychodelic colors and print.

If you have a Deb Store near you check that out. It carries junior style clothing and plus sizes as well as shoes and purses and accessories. I bought almost all of my formal dresses there. Depending on when you go in, there are incredible sales. One of my dresses was marked down to $15 from $100. The most I paid for a $150 dress was about $35-$50. I'm from Michigan so I'm not sure where other Deb Stores are located but I'd check there if you have one.
