Suggestions on how to do my make up for a dance recital?

okay I'm 13. This year our theme is "crazy little thing called love". I was just wondering could anybody give me some links,photos,or tutorials. This year we should have have romantic and sophisticated looks but out dance teacher request that we wear a red tinted lip color.

Well here's what I look like: Im asian :p I have shoulder length black hair, olive/medium skin tone, and average body shape.

well... i didn't look at the pictures but I can imagine becuase i took dance from the time i was 3 to 15 and i am now 16.

We always did thick makeup because the lights drown your face out. But everyone had to wear the same colors (blue eyeshadow, pink lipstick (little girls) red lipstick (older girls), pink blush, thick foundation and glitter) so i don't know how to help you with colors but i do have some tips!!

well as you said you can't post links but go to www.neauties.com and get some of this lip gloss. It's called Neauties. You get some regular cheap lipstick... 1st put Neauties on then the lipstick then neauties again. Me and my sister would always get a fruity flavor too because of all the smiling. Also, we put some Neauties on our teeth so your teeth don't get dry on stage and your lips don't stick to them... that looks horrible!! But we used Neauties because it's natural and safe to eat and everything. Plus it tases really good so it's not too bad to have in your mouth for a few hours... XD

I want to keep my Halloween costume somewhat cheap and easy this year.

Are there any suggestions that are school appropriate? This is for an in school dance.

The dress is strapless, and it's silver with purple sequins. I was thinking of a Lady GaGa type look... what are your suggestions?
