Dermot is a needle-d**k. Is this a costume party and you are trying to go AS Nicki? Or do you just wanna emulate her style? And how fancy is fancy? Nicki wears some pretty crazy stuff but I don't think I've ever seen her in a dressed up outfit. If you wanted to look like her you would need a crazy colored wig and lots of make-up on your face. then maybe a black pencil skirt with a bright colored top tucked into it. If you want like prom-fancy I would go to The Deb. They have cheap fancy dresses there.
