I'm making a tree skirt and I want to make the circle even. What is the easiest way to do this without a pattern? Thanks in advance!

I meant just cutting the outside corner to make it round. Not all the corners.

Lay the fabric flat. Put a tack in the middle of the circle. Tie a loop in each end of a piece of string. One loop goes around the tack, a pencil goes in the other end. Use it like a giant compass to mark your circle.
