5. Switching to skim milk instead of whole milk can "save" up to 150 calories per serving. Keep your dairy intake at a minimum if you are concerned with bloating and gas.

6. Speed up your metabolism with protein foods. Protein can also give you a full feeling that is lasting. Protein foods include soy products, eggs, milk, meat, fish, and poultry.

7. Alcohol is extremely high in calories and by eliminating it from your diet will help you to lose that belly fat. As well alcohol's chemical structure encourages the body to build up excess belly fat.

8. Carbs are not the evil they are painted to be. It's the calories provided by carbs that can add inches to your belly. If you are seeking to reduce the belly fat, stick to a goal of no more than 60% of calories from carbohydrates. But don't overkill it either - 45% of calories should come from carbs, as they are an essential energy source. Obviously, we are talking about a very tricky balance here - you simply need to ensure your carb intake is 'quality' - such as fruits and vegetables - not cupcakes and brownies.

Differences between Chinese & Japanese Fire-Bellied Newts?

I have two fire-bellied newts and I don’t know if they are Chinese or Japanese fire-bellied newts.

One was rough skin (looks like a mini lizard) with orange spots on its underside. And the other has smooth skin (like a normal newt) with long orange marking.

Are they either Chinese fire-bellied newts, or Japanese ones. Or do I have two different breeds.
