Is there much difference between Capezio ultra-soft tights and regular tights?

Hiya!
I'm trying to buy tights online to save money, and the tights I usually get are Capezio transition tights and at the store they just sell the ultra-soft ones, but online the regular ones are like $5 cheaper so I was wondering if there is much difference?
