Learning to Ballet Dance is Great for Children

Even the most determined of parents can find it a challenge to encourage their child not to spend too long sitting in front of the television or computer. Furthermore, it can be very difficult to find alternative activities that they will find fun.

Learning ballet can be an excellent solution as it provides a great deal of benefits for children. Any good dance school or dance academy will have well structured lessons that are carried out in a safe and structured environment. In these classes your child will be both physically and mentally challenged which will help focus their mind and maintain their interest. As their ability improves, so will their co-ordination, self control and discipline which will in turn improve their self confidence. How do I choose the correct ballet shoe size?

I went to a dance store and tried on Capezio Brand's Daisy 205 Ballet Slippers. She said it was a 6.5 B. She said my foot was slender and average. So when I go to an online website is askes to choose my width: Narrow, Medium, or Wide. Which one do I choose. Also when I got to this online website, it says:
Sizes: 7 Child to 10 Adult Medium, Wide

Does this mean that it will fit all feet? What does Adult Medium, Wide mean? If you have a narrow foot, can you buy from that site?

You would get a medium. B means medium. The "A" before the width just means "adult." 6.5 B is the same as 6.5 medium.
