How much weight do I need to lose?

I'm 18, 5'3" and currently 128 pounds.

extra info that may help: My waist (skinniest part of body) is 26 inches around, top of hip is 32 inches and fullest part of hip which includes putting the tape measure around my butt is 36 inches around. i wear a 34D bra.

The measurments you just gave us really describe a perfect body type that many find extremely attractive. If you lose more weight you will risk the "too skinny" look. But if you don't believe that, then eating smaller portions every 2-3 hours (basically taking your "3 meals a day routine and breakin it up into smaller parts, so that you metabolism never stops working or burning calories and fat) and exercising every other day will put you on the path to weight loss. Make sure to eat healthy amounts of healthy foods. Please don't choose the starve yourself method.
