I have a cobalt blue puffball skirt from H&M, it's made out of viscose, so it's a bit flimsy. I was wanting to wear it to a disco but I didn't know how to wear it. Any suggestions?

Hmmmm, sounds like one of my favorites----the bubble skirt. If you want to get that 70's disco feel, then I would wear it with other very flashy or shimmery items. For example, try pairing it with a gold or silver sequin top that's either a halter or a tank top. For shoes, platforms were THE fashion item in the 70's, so go as high as you can. You could also add a belt at the waist (shiny, of course) to complete the look and bring it a bit into the 21st century.....
