I love the skirt on this dress, and am trying to make a dress with a skirt like this. Can anyone tell how many yards of fabric I should use in the skirt? I already made a bodice.

Looks like about a 2:1 gathering ratio... so the skirt front should be twice the width of the front waistline; skirt back should be twice the width of the back waistline.

That skirt also looks like it's supported by crinolines and may have horsehair in the hem.
