How to know where should the top of a high-waisted skirt sit?
Hi..I know some high-waisted skirts should sit right on your chests and some other types should sit just 2/3 inches above the belly-button. Is there any way to know how far up the waist should the high-waisted skirt sit? I've got a dance / gonna skirt of Terranova. If you know how to wear it let me know plz..thanks !

i have long black hair, no fringe
It definitely depends on the shade of your skin.
The darker your skin is, the more bright, vibrant a color would look best. Bright orange, pink, turquoise, or blue would be nicest.
If you have medium skin tones... red, purple, blue, certain greens...
If you have pale skin... stay away from light colors.
