i am searching for beaded pants or skirt or even the coiny one. i have performance on this sat. please help. is there any shop here in malaysia for such things?

What is the jingly skirt called that girls wear to belly dance?

Well, your probably thinking of a hip scarf. It's not a skirt (wouldn't even qualify as a super mini skirt) but rather a sash/scarf that your tie around the hips. You can find them on the internet from bellydance costume vendors or even on ebay. Here's a link to a vendor I frequently use. She also travels to shows so if there is a major show going on near you, you can peruse her goods in person (or if your lucky enough to live near her base you can just go there.

normally you can expect to pay about 40-50 for a decent scarf however with the economy being the way it is the price ranges have been going up a bit.

There are however various types of skirts (full length actual skirts) and bra/belt sets (this is called a bedlah which in Arabic mean "suit"). Additionally there are various styles of costuming for nightclub styles and tribal styles but the jingly scarves pictured in the above link are generally more cabaret (and generally used for practice and sometimes amateur performances but not as often for professional performances).
