where can i buy a belly dancer hip scarve? if not buy then how can i make it myself?

i need a hip scarve for a belly dance song im going to dance on. i almost have the whole costume and all. i just need hip scarve that a belly dancer wears on her hips as a belt that shakes when she shakes her belly on da beat. so please help me. anyway i can make it? by beads and all. if you know any way please tell me and help me. if you think you can sell me a costume or lend me a costume ill be very happy. but it has to be something like

How to make:

This simple hip belt is an inexpensive way to get the sensation of movement at your hip line without the expense of beaded fringe. It actually consists of two parts: a 4-inch (10 centimeters) wide band of stretch sequin trim, and a row of either 9-inch (23 centimaters) long chainette or mylar fringe attached to an elastic band worn underneath it. If you use chainette fringe, you can tie some false coins periodically around the fringe to add some sparkle and make a jingling sound when you shimmy.

For a little added interest, sew a sequin appliqué in a contrasting color to the center front of the belt.

How to make belly dance costumes?

I'm not a belly dancer myself (I'm a hoopdancer ), but I love the costumes, and would like to go along with a tribal type theme to make a faerie costume for the renfest here. Does anyone have any links to free belly dancing costume patterns on the internet? I really want to bead my own bra, but I have no idea how to go about it and am having trouble finding any instructions.. and I can't get on witht the rest of the costume until I have that part done.
